Are your inflatables insured and safety checked?

Yes. Our inflatables are safety-compliant, checked regularly, cleaned before hire and set up correctly. Public liability insurance is in place.

Can bouncy castles be set up indoors?

Yes. Many inflatables can be used indoors if the venue has enough floor space, ceiling height and suitable access. Low-height bouncy castles are available for some halls and indoor venues.

How much space do I need?

Each product page lists the inflatable size and required setup space. Please allow extra room for mats, blower placement, anchoring and safe access.

What surfaces can you set up on?

Grass is usually preferred. Some inflatables may be suitable for indoor floors or hard standing depending on the product, surface and anchoring method.

Do I need to provide power?

Yes. A standard 220V plug socket is usually required within 35 metres. If power is not available, please ask about generator hire before booking.

Can you refuse to set up?

Yes. We may refuse setup if the area, access, surface, space, weather or venue rules make the hire unsafe or unsuitable. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the venue and setup area before booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Outdoor hires may be cancelled, delayed or refused in unsafe weather, including high winds, heavy rain, thunder or lightning. If we decide the hire cannot safely go ahead due to weather, the full booking amount can be transferred to another available date.

Are bouncy castles waterproof?

Bouncy castles are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Light rain may be manageable, but heavy rain can affect safe use. White, pastel or specialist inflatables may not be suitable outdoors in poor weather.

Is supervision required?

Yes. A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise the inflatable at all times and make sure all safety rules are followed.

What are the main safety rules?

No shoes, food, drink, face paint, henna, glitter, silly string, party poppers, balloons, sharp objects, rough play, flips, climbing on walls or overcrowding. The inflatable must not be moved or switched off once installed.

Can adults use the bouncy castles?

Adults can only use inflatables listed as suitable for adult use. Children’s bouncy castles are not suitable for adults unless clearly stated on the product page.
